The lands are located approximately 3.6 miles outside the village of Clogher, in the border area of south County Tyrone. This location has ease of access to the south with only 6 miles between Clogher and the border crossing into County Monaghan. Clogher lies along the River Blackwater which flows between Counties Tyrone and Monaghan situated 18 miles from Enniskillen and 20 miles from Monaghan.
