The property comprises primarily a single block of good-quality land laid in grass pasture and divided into two fields. The lands benefit from extensive road frontage and are suitable for both grazing and silage-cutting purposes. A small area of woodland and overgrown vegetation is located in the south-eastern section of the holding.
The lands have a gently sloping topography, falling gradually away from the main road, and are well secured by mature hedgerows throughout.

The lands are located in a rural setting on the Kilnahusogue Road close to its junction with the Aghafad Road. The property is approximately 6 miles south west from Fintona and 4 miles north west from Clogher in Co Tyrone.
